they dont have that many surveys that often, but they dont spam you
they have gift cards to gamestop, american eagle, starbucks, ticketmaster, itunes, and macys.

it is about 300 points for a $25 gift card or 400 for a $50 one.
the surveys are about 5-10 mins long and they give 15-30 points each
they have surveys about once a week
